China Molybdenum Co (CMOC Group Limited) has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 1.5425 per 10 shares for the financial year ending 31 December 2023, with an updated exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.0993. Shareholders approved the dividend on 07 June 2024, with the ex-dividend date set for 27 June 2024 and payment to follow on 26 July 2024. Tax rates for enterprise non-residents and individual residents are set at 10% and 20% respectively.
