CMC Metals Ltd., a growth-stage exploration company, has announced the TSX Venture Exchange’s approval to extend the expiry dates of over 4 million share purchase warrants. Additionally, the company has proposed to re-price these warrants, subject to further approvals, with an acceleration clause for early exercise if the share price increases significantly.
