CMC Metals Ltd. has successfully closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $137,375 through the issuance of both non-flow through and flow-through units. An insider participated in the transaction, which was conducted in compliance with regulatory exemptions. The proceeds are designated for exploration programs at the company’s properties and for general working capital needs.
