CMBC Capital Sells Ubtech Shares in Major Transaction

CMBC Capital Holdings Limited (HK:1141) has released an update.

CMBC Capital Holdings Limited has sold 1,748,160 shares of Ubtech on the open market for approximately HK$137.9 million, marking a significant transaction for the company. This disposal of shares, which represents about 0.41% of Ubtech’s total shares, is classified as a discloseable transaction under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules. Following the sale, CMBC Capital no longer holds any shares in Ubtech, a company specializing in smart service robotic products.
