CLS Holdings PLC has successfully leased 12,052 square feet of premium office space at Artesian, 9 Prescot Street to Médecins Sans Frontières (UK) for a 10-year term. The Artesian building, which boasts a range of amenities including a café space and roof terrace, combines 1930s Art Deco charm with modern, sustainable workplace design. Located in the culturally rich areas of Aldgate and Whitechapel, the company looks forward to further tenant agreements in the near future.
