Clover Leaf Capital Risks Nasdaq Delisting Over Meeting Compliance

Clover Leaf Capital Corp (CLOE) has released an update to notify the public and investors about listing compliance status.

Clover Leaf Capital Corp. was notified by Nasdaq on January 23, 2024, that it did not comply with the requirement to hold an annual shareholder meeting within twelve months of its fiscal year end. The company’s listing status remains unaffected for now, but it must submit a compliance plan by March 8, 2024. If Nasdaq approves this plan, the company could be granted up to 180 days to comply. If the plan is rejected, the company can appeal, but failure to eventually comply may result in delisting from Nasdaq.
