CloudMD Set for Trading Resumption and Go-Private Deal

The company also confirmed details of its impending go-private transaction with CPS Capital, valuing the company at approximately $37 million, which includes debt repayments and other liabilities. CloudMD has secured interim financing arrangements to support operations until the transaction is finalized, which is critical for its continued viability.
