Falanx Group Ltd (GB:CHL) has released an update.
Cloudified Holdings Limited, an AIM listed cash shell, has announced it will be suspended from trading on AIM due to its inability to complete a reverse takeover by the 13th of June 2024. The company’s directors are actively seeking new opportunities to create shareholder value, but there is no certainty of a successful transaction. Should they fail to make an acquisition, the company may consider liquidation to return remaining cash to shareholders.
