Clime Investment Director Increases Shareholding

Clime Investment Management Ltd (AU:CIW) has released an update.

John Bruce Abernethy, a director at Clime Investment Management Limited, has increased his direct and indirect holdings in the company through on-market trades. The transactions, which occurred on September 13 and 17, 2024, resulted in Abernethy’s Superfund acquiring an additional 35,000 fully paid ordinary shares for a total consideration of $12,313.05. Following these transactions, the total number of securities held by Abernethy and associated entities is 5,466,350 shares.
