ClearVue Technologies has raised $7.5 million through an institutional placement, attracting significant interest from Hong Kong investors as it plans to expand its operations in the US market. The placement was completed at a 21% discount to the recent closing price, with Bell Potter Securities Limited acting as the lead manager.
