ClearView Wealth Limited has disclosed a change in Director Nadine Gooderick’s interest, reporting that she indirectly acquired 91,226 ordinary shares through the exercise of restricted rights under the company’s Rights Plan. There were no direct changes in her holdings, and the total number of ordinary shares post-change is 154,438. The transaction involved no cash consideration and was not conducted during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
