Clearone Communications Inc. (CLRO) has issued an announcement.
ClearOne, Inc. has appointed Jayashree Raghunathan, a seasoned Chartered Accountant since 1996 with over two decades of experience, as their interim Chief Financial Officer. Raghunathan, who has been with the company since 2018 and served as Controller since 2019, will receive an annual base salary of approximately $59,170. The appointment is free of any familial or material conflicts of interest, and she will be fully indemnified by the company in her new role.
