Clear Blue Extends Warrant Expiry Dates

Clear Blue Technologies International, Inc. (TSE:CBLU) has released an update.

Clear Blue Technologies International Inc. has announced the extension of their common share purchase warrants’ expiry dates, affecting a total of 9,666,336 warrants. The affected warrants, issued in April and May 2022 at $0.22 per share, have had their expiry dates extended by one year to 2025, while their exercise price remains the same. The extension is pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
