Classic Minerals Ltd has negotiated an extension for the settlement date of the Forrestania tenements purchase, allowing until November 1, 2024, for payment completion. The company agrees to pay the remaining $350,000 plus 12% interest and a 15% penalty fee on outstanding amounts, demonstrating both parties’ commitment to finalizing the transaction. Classic owns significant gold rights in the Forrestania Gold Project, with notable mineral resources reported in compliance with JORC Code standards.
