CK Hutchison Holdings (HK:0001) has released an update.

CK Hutchison Holdings Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held as a hybrid event on 17th October 2024, with provisions for online participation and a contingency date set for the following day in case of extreme weather. The EGM will cover approval of transactions related to a contribution agreement, the grant of a V Call Option, and the exercise of H Options, as well as authorizing directors to implement these actions. Shareholders are encouraged to participate either in person or online and are advised to use the online platform for proxy appointment and voting.
