Civmec Ltd. (SG:P9D) has released an update.
Civmec Limited, a Singapore-based company, has received court approval to proceed with a shareholders’ meeting to discuss its proposed domicile shift to Australia. The court-sanctioned meeting will allow shareholders to consider and potentially approve the move, which has been in the works since an initial announcement in October 2023. Shareholders will meet within three months from July 4, 2024, to deliberate on the scheme.
