Civeo (CVEO) just unveiled an announcement.
Civeo Corporation has announced the appointment of E. Collin Gerry as its new Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer starting August 1, 2024. Gerry, with a solid background in executive roles within Civeo and experience in equity research at Raymond James, will take over from Barclay Brewer, who will continue as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Gerry’s compensation package includes a $380,000 base salary, a potential 60% annual cash bonus, and significant phantom share grants.
