City Chic Collective Limited has announced a recent change in the holdings of director Phil Ryan, who acquired 178,956 ordinary shares at $0.15 per share through an Institutional Entitlement Offer dated June 21, 2024. The transaction was conducted indirectly via Carryan Pty Ltd, trustee for PM Infinity Super Fund, resulting in Phil Ryan’s total indirect holding increasing while his direct share count remains unchanged.
