City Chic Collective Limited has formally applied to the ASX for the quotation of a new class of securities, as detailed in their recent Appendix 2A submission dated 15 July 2024. The securities are part of a transaction previously announced and are expected to be issued on 16 July 2024, following an initial notice to the market on 21 June 2024. The application process includes providing necessary information to ASX, which will become the property of ASX and may be disclosed publicly.
