Citizens Financial Services (CZFS) has issued an update.
On June 3, 2024, Citizens Financial Services, Inc. disclosed the finalized annual bonus amounts for its top executives for the 2023 fiscal year, which were not previously reported in the Proxy Statement. CEO Randall E. Black received a cash bonus of $519,918, while Senior Executive VP Mickey L. Jones got $230,541. Another executive, David Z. Richards, Jr., was awarded an $80,236 bonus, partly in cash and partly in restricted stock shares. Additionally, the company revealed the CEO-to-median-employee pay ratio to be 30.1, with the CEO’s total compensation being $1,260,061 compared to the median employee’s $41,841.
