Citizens Financial Group, Inc. has announced the appointment of Claude E. Wade to its Board of Directors, effective March 1, 2025, expanding the Board to 14 members. With over 30 years of experience in operational and strategic roles at Fortune 100 companies, Wade will serve on the Risk Committee. Concurrently, the company has shared that Wendy Watson will retire from the Board in April 2025 after a decade of service. Watson’s departure aligns with the company’s mandatory retirement policy, marking the end of a tenure that included leadership on the Audit Committee and contributions to the company’s success.
