Citigroup Global Markets Australia Pty Limited and its associated entities have become substantial shareholders in Syrah Resources Ltd, acquiring a 5.016% voting power through various agreements including securities lending. The entities gained their substantial holding status on August 19, 2024, with Citigroup entities now holding over 51 million shares. The consideration for these shares involved standard market transactions and securities lending, with specific details provided in Annexure A.
