CITIC Securities Co has announced the retirement of Mr. ZHANG Guoming from his positions as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Risk Officer, with Mr. ZHONG Fei and Mr. YANG Haicheng appointed as their respective successors. The transition is part of a routine change due to Mr. Guoming reaching retirement age, and it does not involve any disagreement or issues that need to be addressed by shareholders or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The newly appointed officers, who have extensive backgrounds within the company, do not hold any company shares and are not associated with any major shareholders or directors.
