CITIC Announces Interim Dividend Payout Plan

CITIC Limited has announced the interim financial results of its principal subsidiary, China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited, for the first half of 2024, which have been reviewed by KPMG and the company’s audit committee. The Bank is set to pay a cash dividend of RMB1.847 per 10 shares, totaling approximately RMB9.87 billion, as per the Interim Profit Distribution Plan pending approval at an extraordinary general meeting.
