China Industrial Securities International Financial Group Ltd., through its subsidiary CISI Investment, has subscribed to a bond offer for a total of US$10 million (approximately HK$78.5 million) after trading hours on May 30, 2024. The bonds, issued by Nanchang Jinkai Group Co. Ltd., are backed by a Standby Letter of Credit from Bank of Jiujiang Co. Ltd. and are set to mature on May 4, 2027, with a fixed interest rate of 7% per annum.
