The transaction is classified as discloseable due to its size, in accordance with the Listing Rules, but does not require shareholder approval. The bonds, issued by Zhongyuan Zhicheng Co., Ltd. with a fixed interest rate of 5.90%, are guaranteed by Zhongyuan Yuzi Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. and will mature on June 20, 2027.
