China Industrial Securities International Financial Group Ltd., through its subsidiary CISI Investment, has allocated $10 million towards the subscription of bonds issued by Yi Bright International Limited, backed by a guarantee from Linyi City Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. The transaction, which took place after trading hours on June 12, 2024, is classified as a discloseable transaction under the Hong Kong Listing Rules due to its size, yet it does not require shareholder approval. This investment was funded by internal resources and the bonds, with a fixed interest rate of 6.68%, are set to mature on June 20, 2027.
