Cisco Systems, Inc. has welcomed Ekta Singh-Bushell, a former executive from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, to its Board of Directors, where she will serve on the Audit and Environmental, Social, and Public Policy Committees. Recognized as an independent member under Nasdaq’s listing standards, Singh-Bushell will partake in Cisco’s director compensation program, which includes a combination of cash and equity payments, and the option to receive these in various forms like stocks or deferred units. Additionally, she’ll have access to Cisco’s charitable matching gifts program and be covered by an indemnity agreement to ensure legal protection.
