Circio Secures Funding to Boost RNA Technology Development

Circio Holding ASA has successfully raised approximately NOK 10.7 million through warrant exercises and a private placement to advance its innovative circVec circular RNA technology. The capital injection, supported by strong investor demand and bolstered by new biotech investors, will accelerate development efforts and defer the need for further financing. This financial boost positions Circio to enhance its gene therapy program and explore novel cell therapy approaches.
