Targovax ASA (GB:0RIS) has released an update.
Circio Holding ASA announced the preliminary results of its rights issue, showing subscriptions for new shares that will bring in approximately NOK 17.8 million, with the deficit up to the secured minimum of NOK 19.395 million to be covered by additional convertible bonds. Atlas will provide further financial support up to NOK 4 million per month until the end of June 2025. The final allocation of new shares will be announced following the completion of the subscription period on July 9, 2024.
