Targovax ASA (GB:0RIS) has released an update.
Circio Holding ASA has announced the commencement of their Rights Issue, offering between 3,658,000 to 20,732,010 new shares to raise up to NOK 52 million, with a subscription price of NOK 2.50 per share. Shareholders as of 19 June 2024 will receive subscription rights, with the subscription period running from 24 June to 8 July 2024. Additionally, each new share from the Rights Issue comes with a free Warrant, allowing the holder to subscribe for additional shares at a later date.
