This strategic move strengthens their collaboration, as evidenced by the early retirement of a $1.7m prepay, and aligns both companies towards growth and innovation in AI and cloud solutions. The updated agreement, which includes automatic annual renewals, underscores both parties’ commitment to driving customer innovation and avoiding vendor lock-in.
