Cirata plc has announced an amendment to resolution 6 concerning the re-election of Xenia Walters as a Director, extending her term until 24 July 2024, ahead of their upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) on 14 May 2024. The change comes after her resignation announcement on 24 April and does not invalidate any prior votes or require a new AGM notice. Shareholders can update their voting instructions as needed, with the AGM arrangements remaining as previously announced.
