In a significant move, Richard Griffiths has notified Cirata Plc of a change in major holdings, crossing the notification threshold on 26 July 2024, now holding a total of 16.96% of the voting rights. This change is a result of a dilution following a fundraising event. The notification reflects the direct influence of Ora Global Limited and the indirect influence of other entities on the company’s voting rights.
