Cipher Pharmaceuticals Inc. successfully conducted its annual and special meeting, where shareholders overwhelmingly approved all proposed resolutions, including the election of director nominees, reappointment of RSM Canada LLP as auditor, and endorsement of the company’s stock option and share unit plans. Representing 58.1% of total shares, approximately 14 million shares were present or represented by proxy, with individual directors receiving between 92.32% and 99.79% support.
