Cineplex Inc. has announced that its 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held virtually on May 22, 2024, allowing shareholders and proxyholders to participate and vote remotely. Interested parties can join the webcast online, with early check-in starting at 8:45 a.m. EDT, and are advised to ensure a strong internet connection for the best experience. Non-registered shareholders can also view and ask questions during the meeting, although they’re unable to vote unless they appoint themselves as proxyholders in advance.
