China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. has successfully conducted its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the first class meetings for A and H shareholders in compliance with the relevant laws and the company’s Articles of Association. The AGM and shareholders’ meetings, chaired by Mr. Mai Boliang, took place at the company’s R&D Centre in Shenzhen and included both in-person attendance and online voting for A shareholders. Key resolutions, including the approval of the 2023 Work Report of the Board and the Supervisory Committee, were passed with an overwhelming majority.
