China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. has announced its 2024 H Shareholders’ First Class Meeting scheduled for 26 June 2024, to be held in Shenzhen, following the annual general meeting. Shareholders are to consider special resolutions including a general mandate for the repurchase of shares, with a cap at 10% of A shares, as well as amendments to the company’s Articles of Association and General Meeting procedures.
