China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. has successfully issued the second tranche of their 2024 Super & Short-term Commercial Papers, raising RMB2 billion with a 1.80% annual interest rate. This issuance, completed on June 13, 2024, with Ping An Bank as the lead underwriter, is part of a larger RMB8 billion issuance program approved in 2023. The proceeds were fully received the following day, and the papers will mature on September 27, 2024, after 105 days.
