CIBOX Inter@ctive SA successfully held its mixed general meeting with a quorum of 26.17%, where all resolutions regarding the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, were unanimously adopted by the shareholders. Key resolutions included the approval of the fiscal accounts, allocation of results, and authorization for the Board of Directors to repurchase and cancel shares, as well as to increase capital by incorporating reserves and profits.
