CIBC has announced a series of executive leadership appointments aimed at enhancing client services and sustaining business growth. Jon Hountalas moves to Vice Chair, North American Banking, while Susan Rimmer and Harry Culham take on elevated roles in Commercial Banking & Wealth Management, and Capital Markets & Enterprise Strategy, respectively. These strategic changes, effective November 1, 2024, are part of CIBC’s ongoing efforts to deepen leadership capabilities and advance its North American client-driven strategy.
