CIBC Announces Dividends and Plan Changes

Canadian Bank of Commerce (TSE:CM) has released an update.

The Canadian Bank of Commerce (CIBC) has declared a dividend of $0.90 per common share for the quarter ending July 31, 2024, with payment due to shareholders on July 29. Dividends for various classes of preferred shares were also announced. Additionally, CIBC revealed changes to its Shareholder Investment Plan, notably removing the 2% discount on shares issued from treasury for the Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Dividend Options.
