CI Financial (TSE:CIX) has released an update.
CI Financial Corp. has reported the early results of its cash tender offer to repurchase its 4.100% Notes due 2051, with $570,127,000 in notes tendered by the early deadline. The offer includes an Early Tender Premium, with the total consideration to be determined on June 5, 2024. Accepted notes will accrue interest until the early settlement date, slated for June 7, 2024, after which they will be retired and cancelled.
