Churchill China (GB:CHH) has released an update.
In a recent market transaction, Churchill China PLC disclosed that Caroline Stephens, a Non-Executive Director of the company, has acquired 819 additional shares at a price of 1206.35p per share. This purchase increases her total holdings in the company to 0.007% of Churchill’s total voting rights. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange and amounts to a total investment of £9,880.00.
