Church & Dwight Leadership Transition and Strategic Future

An announcement from Church & Dwight ( (CHD) ) is now available.

Matthew T. Farrell, longstanding Chairman and CEO of Church & Dwight, is set to retire on March 31, 2025. He will be succeeded by Richard Dierker, who has been with the company for 15 years and served in various financial and operational leadership roles. Dierker, known for his strategic insight and ability to drive execution, will continue to serve as Executive Vice President, CFO, and Head of Business Operations until he assumes his new position as President and CEO.
