Church & Dwight Co., Inc. has welcomed Michael R. Smith to its Board as an independent director, expanding the board to 11 members and appointing him to the Audit Committee. Smith, the soon-to-retire Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of McCormick, brings valuable financial expertise to the role, having served McCormick since 2016. His experience is further complemented by his position on the board of MillerKnoll, Inc., and he will receive compensation consistent with the company’s policies for non-employee directors. No conflicts of interest or familial ties with other board members or company executives have been reported.
