Chu Kong Shipping Enterprises (Group) Company Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Tang Yi Hoi as an independent non-executive director, alongside roles as chairman of the remuneration committee and member of both audit and nomination committees, effective from 9 October 2024. Mr. Tang brings a wealth of experience from his previous tenure in government departments and other corporate roles, including receiving multiple commendations and awards, and is set to serve an initial three-year term subject to re-election. The changes in the company’s board committees also include the cessation of Mr. Chan Kay-cheung as chairman of the remuneration committee and Mr. Zhong Yan as a member of the audit committee.
