The notice, dated 6 May 2024, confirms that the restricted securities previously held in escrow were released as per the company’s announcement on 29 April 2024. Ford maintains control over 90,000 options exercisable at $2.00, 60,000 at the same price, 12,500 options at $4.50, and 148,000 fully paid ordinary shares through the Ford Family Trust.
