Although not deemed independent due to her ties with major shareholder Apollo Investors, Cahill will serve until the 2025 stockholders meeting without committee appointments. Her compensation aligns with other non-employee directors, and she’s secured by an indemnification agreement similar to the company’s standard, safeguarding against legal liabilities related to her Board service.
