Christine Cahill has been appointed to the Board of Hilton Grand Vacations Inc., replacing Alex van Hoek as an Apollo Designee following his resignation. Although not deemed independent due to her ties with major shareholder Apollo Investors, Cahill will serve until the 2025 stockholders meeting without committee appointments. Her compensation aligns with other non-employee directors, and she’s secured by an indemnification agreement similar to the company’s standard, safeguarding against legal liabilities related to her Board service.
