The quorum was met, and the meeting commenced at 10.10 a.m., led by Mr. Lim Teck Chai, Danny, the Lead Independent Director. All proxy forms were verified and in order, and the Chairman proceeded to vote as per the instructions given by shareholders who appointed him as proxy.
